Ham Loaf

Ingredients

1lb -Ground Beef
1lb- Frick’s Ground Ham
1 cup – oatmeal
2- Eggs
Milk
1 pkg- Bacon
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Take 1 cup of oatmeal (uncooked ) and soak it in milk (pour off excess milk), then add in Beef, Ham and eggs mix well (season with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt), put into a loaf pan, put uncooked Bacon on the top of the loaf then pour a little milk over the top of the loaf. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
